• ER: “Just wanted to compliment your facility and staff on the treatment I had. The lady on the ER entrance desk was wonderful. the girl that did my first paperwork was also. You had several emergencies that day which accounted for the long wait. Physician Goodwin and PA Short ere kind. I was having acute bronchitis and having a hard time breathing. I would recommend your ER services to anyone. I think you and may God bless you all.”

• ER: “Mrs. M’s daughter in law was a patient in the Paris Regional Emergency Department yesterday evening. She stated she does not know what we have done but THE CARE WAS EXCELLENT!! From the minute they arrived until discharge. Mrs M also wanted to brag on Dr. Mahdi and Dr. Singh and the nursing staff on third and fourth floor for the excellent care her husband received while in the hospital in December.”

• Intensive Care Unit: “As a hospital we were wonderful, and all ICU nurses were great. Jill, Jennifer and Jamie were super, super great.”

• 5W Med/Oncology: “EVERY NURSE TOOK AMAZING CARE OF PATIENT. Housekeeping did a wonderful job, made patient feel right at home, made family laugh. Treated Wife amazingly, like she was a patient, made patient feel very special. Nurse took Granddaughter to get ice cream, and they have more wonderful things to say about the nursing staff.”
• Cardiac ICU: “Patient and wife were very pleased with the ICU Nurses and Staff.”

• Cardiology & Cardiovascular: “Recently went through open heart surgery. Dr Hashmi introduced me to Dr Salas for my surgery. I am so thankful to Dr Hashmi for setting me up with such a wonderful heart surgeon as Dr Salas. I would put my life in his hands any day.It, was wonderful not having to go to Dallas. I think Paris is very lucky, to have such fine Drs as Salas & Hashmi. Also the care I received from the ICU staff & the nurses on the fourth floor were top notch Thanks again for such good care by all.” Betty

• ER: “I would like to take a moment to brag and thank….PARIS ER. I was there with my dad today, Jan 20. He was having trouble breathing and they got us right in even tho the waiting room was FULL of sick people wearing masks. From the very first person we saw to the last, everyone was sooo accomodating to us. Even tho we were there 10 hours (they ran lots of tests and were swamped) it was the most pleasant experience I’ve had at an ER. Thanks you to Mrs. D, Robin, Rebecca, Amber, Garath, Dr. Mitchell, Dr. Griffin. I’m sorry I don’t know everyone’s name that helped us.” Lisa
• 3W Med Surg: “Mary J, for being concerned and compassionate. She always tried to lighten the mood for me.”
• 3West Med Surg: “The nurses and staff were professional. The Nurses did everything to keep him comfortable.”
• Day Surgery: “TJ did a great job. She was very attentive and caring.”
• Day Surgery – North: “Dusty was wonderful.”
• Perscription Assistance Program - Betty, Patient Advocate, Prescription Assistance Program for 26 years. “I just love my job, because I go home at night knowing that I’m helping others.”
• Day Surgery: “All the nurses did a great job. Vicki did a great job starting the IV.”
• Day Surgery: “All nurses were great. Recovery did a great job.”
• Cardiac Cath Lab: “Everyone in the Cath Lab was wonderful!”
• 4E Telemetry: “Donyal & Kim took the time to actually take care of me and were very attentive.”
• Cardiac Cath Lab: “Everyone was great, Nancy and Wanda did a great job getting me ready. The cath lab group was wonderful! They answered every question before I even asked. Tina, Lynn, and Erica made me feel so at ease.”

• Cardiac Cath Lab: “Matt and Erica were very helpful in explaining my procedure. Tina, John, Lynn were also very helpful, I was nervous and they went to great lengths to comfort me.”
